| The Sangre De Cristo H.O.G. chapter was founded in 2001 and has about 207 members (12/07). Our members can be found from just around the corner, state and country-wide and now even world-wide (Italy). Our chapter meetings are on the second weekend of the month and alternate Saturday and Sunday.
Meetings:
We meet at the Santa Fe Harley-Davidson Dealers and ride to a restaurant where we combine the meeting with lunch. Yes, we actually ride to the restaurant. The location of the meeting is determined by the season, colder the weather the closer the restaurant. Of course the rider's safety comes first, so ride or drive as necessary.
| | Ever since the chapter was formed we have been involved in the New Mexico
State H.O.G. Rally and many different charities in the community. The
charities vary from HOG Olympics to Ride to Read Program. Most of our rides
are day trips, but now and then we sponsor an overnight trip. Rides are planned for all over the state from the deserts to the beautiful
mountains. Safety and friendship is a thread that runs strong thoughout the
group. New riders and old-timers share the road. We are always open to new
ideas, places to ride, and things to do. So come join us!!
